I heard that Boston Architectural places every student with an employer within the architectural field (full-time, paid) while you go to school. Does anyone know any similar schools, but for (civil) engineering? Location isn’t an issue. Thanks.
Northeastern University. They focus on a cycle where every engineering student does one co-op per year. That’s kind of their thing.
But any reputable engineering school will offer co-ops and internships, although it’s up to you to do them (and I *highly* recommend that you do.) So look at strong engineering schools, and they’ll be attractive to employers looking for engineering co-ops. A few I used to like to hire co-ops from were Rensselaer Polytechnic, Boston University, Worcester Polytechnic and Olin College of Engineering.
