What’s the difference between an Architectural Engineering Technician and a Civil Engineering Technician?

I’m interested in doing building designs. I’ve researched and these two seem to be the best choices. But their descriptions seem to be almost the same thing… Whats the difference between them? Heelllpppp.

Architect is responsible for the designing of a building or structure and civil engineer is responsible for the the contents that go into the structure, including concrete, steel, etc.
