Yep I use GDL for … Yep I use GDL for most textures – it gives a realistic depth that you can’t easily get with texture maps. For the texture at 0:41, I just created a parametric extruded rectangle, with adjustable angles, and offsets, and then used solid operations to make the final shape.
Thanks – The grass … Thanks – The grass is just made from a gdl object (can’t remember where I got it from), which I added some gdl parameters to to allow the angle to be changed. You can also do something similar with meshes.
