    Yep I use GDL for most textures – it gives a realistic depth that you can’t easily get with texture maps. For the texture at 0:41, I just created a parametric extruded rectangle, with adjustable angles, and offsets, and then used solid operations to make the final shape.

    Thanks – The grass is just made from a gdl object (can’t remember where I got it from), which I added some gdl parameters to to allow the angle to be changed. You can also do something similar with meshes.

    Thanks :-) The music is the theme from the movie ‘the island’ by composer steve jablonsky. The movie took about a week to make, not including 3d modelling (would be quicker in future, this was my first video.

    Thanks! I haven’t used autocad for about 5 years but I’m pretty sure its easy to transfer autocad to archicad – if you google it you should be able to find a tutorial
