I absolutely agree with PlanetThoughts, give people choices, living greener is for everyone I think people have been turned off of even trying to be greener because of the strict “hippie nazi” idealogies… It is essential that green becomes the norm

Nice job creating …
Nice job creating the video. About the above discussion, it is on the luxury side of green living… but it is better to have 100 paths to more environmental and healthy living, and choose from them, than to have only one strict path and only have a handful take that path.

Brett has a point. …
Brett has a point. It’s a little larger than necessary for 2 people, but at 2600 sq. feet, it isn’t “huge” by a longshot. It uses 60% less heating/cooling energy than similiar new construction homes in the area. It uses one third the water, and less electricity. Whatever you may think about “Hollywood types” and “ski towns,” we all live somewhere and I’m glad that some people are trying to do it more efficiently.

Try a smaller house …
Try a smaller house. you wouldn’t believe the raw materials that go into these huge houses that are either second homes, or occupied by 2 or 3 people. A lot of hollywood types that claim to be green. A lot of hyprocacy in these ski towns
