is there a home design software that you can transfer measurements from real rooms to view on screen?

I’d like to redo my place but I am not very familiar with the software out there. I just want to be able to transfer the measurements so I can see the schematics.

Before you purchase software, which there are a number of them to pick from, I’d suggest looking at home furnishing stores online. Often stores that sell furniture will provide free design software that will probably do all you need. I pasted a link from Ikea below as they have something that might work for you. Good luck!
