You can get it at Office Depot (www.officedepot.com), OfficeMax (www.officemax.com), or fabric stores, like JoAnn (www.joann.com). There will be instruction in the package, but basically: You make your design in the computer, reverse (flip) the design, print your design on the paper, and iron it onto the t-shirt. There's regular transfer paper for printing on light-colored t-shirts, and a special opaque kind for printing on black or dark colors. <br><b>References : </b><br> If you have an inkjet printer, you can get "t-shirt transfer paper".
